MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order is by FCL 1 X 20" container, but for sample order we can provide small quantity by LCL, please contact us by email or fax us at +62 291 595920 to get more details.
Our furniture products mainly made by kiln dried mahogany and teak wood.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Standard order and delivery dates are 10-16 weeks after the cut-off date for the period time which the order is placed.
Certain products may be in stock, and customers should email or fax us for an inventory list.
Due to the fact that all of our products are handmade, delays occasionally occur.
Customer is responsible for all delivery fees and charges.
We ship orders with common carriers, Otherwise contact our office with preferred carrier and coordinate shipping details.
PAYMENT
By Wired Transfer, 50% Down Payment before production, and balance must be finished within 7 working days after we fax the original documents.
By Irrevocable L/C at Sight, negotiable in any bank in Indonesia.
OUR PROCEDURE OF ORDERING
Customers place order to Antik Jaga Furniture.
Antik Jaga Furniture sends Performa Invoice based on customer's order.
Customers pay 50% down payment by Wired Transfer or open Irrevocable L/C at Sight, and inform Antik Jaga Furniture accordingly along with evidence or transfer or copy of L/C instruction.
Antik Jaga Furniture starts the production.
Once the goods are ready,Antik Jaga Furniture will inform customers accordingly for shipment arrangement.
PRICES
All prices are FOB conditions, Semarang Port, Central Java - Indonesia.
We are not the cheapest but not the dearest either.
We are open to any discussion with you, providing you consider to buy several containers.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
There will be no returns allowed without prior approval. There will be 20% restocking fee on all returned and cancelled orders.
All orders are inspected and packed before shipping. Claims for damaged shipments must be made with the carrier.
